Seeking civic minded person to serve on Town of Otego Planning Board for an expiring term beginning in January 2025.
Planning Board Responsibilities:
The Otego Planning Board is a voluntary advisory board appointed by the Otego Town Board to serve five year terms. Duties include oversight of land use; reviewing site and subdivision plans; issuing special use permits; and reporting to the town board on referred matters. The planning board meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. Annual training is required.

Otsego County Firemen's Convention and Otego Fire Department 137th Anniversary:
July 9-11, 2026 at Willow Street in Otego. There will be food, rides, and various forms of entertainment. A parade is scheduled for Saturday, July 11 along with fireworks at dusk. Specific times will be forthcoming soon!
